Navigating Nutrition is a five-week online nutrition course and support group. Each week you will learn a key principle in functional nutrition. Topics range from managing stress eating, understanding macronutrients, to learning how to improve digestion. Together we will create customized practical applications to meet your health goals. Navigating Nutrition is aimed to empowered you to make smart, easy, and healthy food choices.
